Hey there,

First I want to introduce myself. I'm Paul from the Netherlands, born in Alkmaar in october 1986.

After driving a white Swift GS 1990, I've bought a black Suzuki Swift GTi 1995. After 1,5 year it looked like this:

When I got a good job with company car, I put the Swift in projectfase! I started august 2009, first stripping the car and fixing the rust. Then me and some friends started the work in our free time to modify a Rascal bodykit en fit Opel/Vauxhall Astra G headlights with fibersport frontbumper.
Here some pics from then till now:

The shed where the swift stay's is not heated and has no isolation.

Because it's to cold to continue on the body, we started working on the exhaust.

@Devil: ass :twisted:

@Driver x: Schmidt Space Line 16inch, 7,5J in front and 9J at the rear.

You've never heard me say it is still snowing in Amsterdam ;)

This amount of snow was in the whole netherlands past december. Now it's all gone and it's freezing... the temperature is around 1cm ;)

Update!

What has been done lately:
- started working on the exhaust, 60mm stainless steel;
- placed rear upper OMP stabilisor;
- detatched carter, new gasket and replaced;
- outtake manifold sandblasted, coated and replaced (at the moment it's hard to find a 4-1 manifold in the netherlands) and new gaskets;
- new oilfilter, oil, coolingliquid and battery;

Then after 1,5 year of inactivity we started the car! And it stil runs as smooth as back in the days!
The video I've made didn't quite work out, so next time I will make a new video.

It's still to cold to continue on the bodywork.

No spacers! But I did use adapters for the convert to 4x114.

Personaly, I think 17"is just to big for a shoppingcar like the swift ;)

Update:

The cold season is over!! We're putting al lot of hours now in finishing the car. A lot of sanding, detailing, work around the wheelarches, headlights, etc!

I've also got my hands on a suzukiRD 4-1 xhaustheader! Goes great with the 60mm stainless exhaust!

Going to the painter between now en one month! Can't wait!

@papa: I do not have the budget to do everything at once! The priority now is sending it to painter! I to build the beast up and have it on the road again!
Enginemods so far: 4-1 exhaustmanifold and 60mm open exhaust system, Magencor sparkplugcabels, K&N CAI.

After the painter and building the car up, first of I'm gonna drive the sh*t out of it! I'm really mis the car! Then I'm gonna do some shows and meets. Then the car needs air! Some minor work on the interior and reupostering. After al that, I'm thinking about a small turbo kit, not much, just pussy boost!

I love it!! It's big and clean!! The paint will be a one color metallic, very dark red! Nice and clean!
The car is going to painter this weekend. Will stand there waiting for about 2 weeks, when they have time for my car.
