Hey Seanus,

as you know we all have our eyes on your rims. just wondering how much they set you back?

They cost me $1550 with genuine Buddy Club centre caps. I still need to get some good locknuts.

They are really light yeah?

They're 7.7kg, so yeah, fairly light. If I got the forged ones, THOSE would be light!

Nah mate they already scrape at standard hight. Dont want any dramas with rubbing gaurds and stuff. Beside I dont want it to crash and bounce everywhere.

Congratulations. First (and potentially) only person to have wheels smaller than 17". =D>

How come everyone has mega large wheels? Isn't the ride extremely uncomfortable?

17s seem to have very little effect on the ride quality (at stock height). So they seem to be a perfect upgrade. I dunno about 18s though.

Cheers mate, was close to getting 17s but i desperately needed new tread and didn't like any of the 17s they had in stock so I settled for the 16s.

OK I ccant comment on 17s buth the 18s dont change the ride all that much. You feel more of the road as the side walls are obviously stiffer, the steering is a little heavier because you have 2 inches more rubber on each wheel to turn. Really though it isnt as dramatic as you would think. The ride is still soft as I dont have lowered springs. You just feel more thats all. Oh it glues to the road, and you suddenly become very aware of pot holes and become scared shitless of gutters.
